What are your office hours?
In office appointments are available from 8A – 8P Monday through Friday, and Saturday from 9A – 3P.
Sunday appointments and home visits are available by appointment only and must be scheduled with the practitioner.

Do I need a script for physical therapy?
No, in New York state physical therapists with over three years experience can evaluate and treat without a physician prescription for physical therapy.
Treatments w/out a prescription are available for 30 days or 10 visits, whichever comes first.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out of network provider. We accept all PPO plans and any plan with out of network benefits. If you are unsure about this, we are happy to verify your plan and benefits over the phone or through email. We do not participate with Medicare, Medicaid, Workmen’s Compensation or Personal Injury/No-Fault claims.
Can you consult with my doctor?
Yes, absolutely. We’d be more than happy to coordinate with your doctor on your current treatment plan.
How long is each session?
Both initial examination and follow up appointments are 1 on 1 for 60 minutes.
What do I wear?
Please wear a loose fitting shirt and/or shorts, depending on the body part.
How do in home treatments work?
In home treatments can be done in a patient’s building gym, or in their apartment. It’s okay if a patient doesn’t have a massage table, treatments can be done on a yoga mat or on a comfortable sturdy couch.
Where do you offer home-care?
We can arrange at home care for patients in Manhattan. Arrangements can be made to other neighborhoods or on weekends by the therapists discretion. Please contact us for pricing.
How do I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

What can I expect from an at-home treatment?
We schedule an hour for each at home visit – typically we do not bring a massage table (it’s not necessary for treatment). Treatments can comfortably be done in a gym, on a yoga mat, your own massage table or on a comfortable surface. Shall you require a table we’ll make arrangements ahead of time.
What is your cancellation policy?
A cancellation fee of $175.00 will apply for appointments that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice. You will receive an email confirmation the day before your scheduled visit to remind you of your appointment. This will give you an opportunity to reschedule if necessary without penalty.
